Job Description:

Team Lead - Java” position shall work under direct supervision of Development Manager managing a team of 3-4 java software developers.

Candidates must have proven java experience gained in an IT/Software company of good repute and preferably graduates from good universities.

- Strong JAVA/J2EE skills.
- Proven Experience in Java, J2EE, specifically with frameworks like JSF, Spring, Struts/Tiles, Hibernate/IBatis, application servers, JUnit, ajax, richfaces
- Should have a good command of SQL.
- Strong OOP concepts required.
- Must be a very Quick learner.
- Knowledge of current technological developments/trends
- Knowledge of programming procedures and standards
- Highly self-motivated individual
- Deliver high-quality work while following project time-lines.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with other developers.
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Team player and leadership skills a must.
