Detailed Description

* Provide support and enhance the implementation of various enterprise-class applications especially Oracle EBS.
* Manage the rollout process of the ERP modules to branch offices.
* Coordinate with users for any custom development, changes, fixes or up-gradation, testing of any changes or enhancements and corresponding follow ups on all software-related control procedures.

Job Requirements

* Preferably Masters in IT / CS from a reputed HEC recognized institution. Additional qualification in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
* Possess demonstrated experience of participation in business process modeling and reengineering.
* Proven track record of implementing and supporting moderate - to large-scale deployments of Oracle EBS in general and Oracle HRMS product in particular.
* Commitment to work through complex problems and to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and a strong customer satisfaction focus.
* Should be able to handle teams of 3-4 resources
* Strong analytical, presentation and communication & customer service skills
* Willing to travel across country as and when required in carrying out various business assignments.
* Preferably be less than 35 years of age.
