Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Attending calls from customers.
  • Developing cordial relationship with the clients
  • Assigning calls to different engineers.

  • Facilitating engineers in order to resolve the calls.
  • Maintaining logs, data, etc
  • Reporting to the clients
  • Ensuring that KPIs i.e. response and resolution time, are met.

Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Some experience of dealing with the Customer/Clients will be preferable.
Should have very good follow-up and monitoring skills
Pleasant personality
Able to comprehend problems and communicate them properly.
Good learner

Specific Tools, Technologies or Equipment Skills

Excellent knowledge and experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Browsing etc), means should be able to prepare reports, graphical analysis and presentations on the basis of weekly/monthly/quarterly data.
