NAME FUNCTION Operations
DESIGNATION Supplier Development & Commercialization Manager
LOCATION Lahore
Salary: 120-150k
REPORTS TO Operations Manager CSDs DATE
JOB PURPOSE

Fully accountable for PI commercialization projects whilst maintaining a robust supply chain in a
cost efficient manner.
POSITION IN ORGANIZATION

Reports to: Operations Head
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Execution of commercial initiatives
• Building supplier capability to deliver initiatives.
• Enhancing productivity in order to curtail costs.
• Ensuring supplier conformance to PI standards.
• Building system capability by training Bottler/Supplier teams.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s)
• AOP (Annual Operating Plan) initiatives executed.
• Cost effective supply chain initiatives
• Supplier Conformance to PI Quality standards
EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Knowledge/Skill Experience Competencies
• Bachelors in Engineering
(Preferably
Mechanical)from a
reputable university
• Negotiation Skills
• Task Management Skills
2-3 Years at a Supply
Chain / similar position.
• Time management
• Analytical ability
• Written and verbal
communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Result oriented
• Good team player
