    Management of Admin Equipment Repair & Maintenance of all Central Offices
    Management of all Lease Contracts and processing of relevant rental payments
    Anticipate and highlight deviations from set plan and keep all participants and stakeholders informed
    Procurement of New equipments for Build out & Replacement Projects
    Maintain and ensure consensus and cooperation among teams
    Oversee all aspects of assigned projects by planning, monitoring and controlling processes till completion
    Generate comprehensive project reports on completion of every assigned project
    Ensure process management and efficient use of project management tools (e.g. Enterprise Project Management Server, Microsoft Portfolio Server)
    Conduct Training session on PMP Concepts for Admin Teams
    Standardization of Project Processes and Documentation

    Essential Skills

    Expertise in Project, Portfolio, Risk and Team management
    Proficient in operating tools like MS Office, EPM and SharePoint
    Have 3 /4 years of Project Management & Admin Operations experience
    Should have good time management, analytical and report writing skills
    Should be independent and self-driven with strong communication and presentation skills
    Strong interpersonal skills
