Job for Software Technical Lead at SSI Lahore

Job Description:

This is an exciting Technical Lead position requiring on site client interaction with active (Hands-On) involvement in Software Design and Development in Microsoft .NET/SQL Server technologies for our US projects. The Technical Lead shall be responsible for:


* Frequently traveling to US for clientele meetings for purposes of requirements gathering and implementations
* Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and business requirements
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams

Effectively manage software development teams and actively participate in development as well

* Conform to shifting priorities, demands and time lines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Must be a US National or have a Valid US Green Card or Business Visa

Skills Required:

Strong Business Analysis skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverable using appropriate tools
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing requirements
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Monitor status reports from the project teams, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
Reviews deliverable prepared by team before passing to client
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
Leads proposal efforts including project scoping, requirements assessments and presentations
Remains on the forefront of emerging technologies and industry practices
Builds a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives

Technical Skills

Capable of building scalable Microsoft .NET and SQL Server based solutions
Create customized Algorithms, Visualizations, Unified Dimensional Models with Comprehensive Analytics
Working knowledge of Microsoft Silverlight, SharePoint Server and Microsoft BizTalk Server would be an added plus

Client Management

Onsite Client interactions in the US
Manage day-to-day offsite client interactions
Set and manage client expectations
Effectively communicate with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

Education

Excellent academic record with a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from a well reputed local or international university
