Job Description:

The candidate will perform the following functions:

• Responsible for planning, assigning and directing work to shop employees
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems of customers.
• To handle all matters regarding Inventory.

• Cash handling
• Monitoring customers complain & their remedies.
• Planning for stock In/Out
• To look after interior, documentation, and maintenance of the shop.
• Coordination with head office

1.At least 2 years of experience in sale of loose fabric.
2.Good interpersonal & communication skills
3.Good at customer dealing
4.Strong knowledge of product & awareness of the market.
5.Proactive Approach.
6.Computer knowledge
