Job Description:

Position Purpose:
To perform the sales support back-end functions and ensures processes, documentation and financial compliance

Area of Interest:     Sales & Distribution
Location:     Lahore

Degree(s)/Major(s):     Minimum Graduation
Experience Required:     Fresh graduates

Key Responsibilities:

o Inventory management (number and SIMs)
o Sales processing (vetting and data entry)
o End to end follow up requests for Handset Subsidy cases
o Documentation filing/recording
o Cash handling (payments, security deposit, cheques, easy load and daily closure with Finance)
o Tracker entries
o Eload SIMs issuance, Business partner creation and order processing
o Sales activation of individual customers
o Customer activation/ services support/coordination with CRD
o Account blocking/termination of churned customers
o Final settlement and collection of churned customer
o Cash receipt and posting alignment
o Customer Satisfaction Index

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:

o Excel, MS Office and developing Business Cases
o Strong analytical skills
o Strong Follow up skills
