Job Description:

This is an exciting Technical Project Management position requiring active (Hands-On) involvement in Software Design and Development in Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 technologies for our US/European projects. The Project Manager shall be responsible for:

Effectively manage software development teams and actively participate in development as well

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and business requirements
• Adopt and maintain exceptional programming quality standards and meet deadlines
• Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Strong Business Analysis skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing requirements
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Monitor status reports from the project teams, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
Leads proposal efforts including project scoping, requirements assessments and presentations
Remains on the forefront of emerging technologies and industry practices
Builds a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives

Capable of building scalable Database solutions with approachable data integration
Manage deployment of trustworthy and reliable ETL solutions
Create customized Algorithms, Visualizations, Unified Dimensional Models with Comprehensive Analytics
Good knowledge of SSAS Cubes, Dimensions, Aggregations and Relationship designers
Familiar with SSIS based architectures and integration platforms for qualitative data transfers and data warehouse loading
Integrate diverse data sources and destinations
Create and manage KPIs, best practices design alerts, Key Enterprise Metrics
Understanding of Predictive Analysis and Programming, Time Series Analysis
Monitor and optimize analytical solutions using Analysis Services
Design SSRS based responsive reporting solutions through on-demand processing and instance-based rendering
Create reports from wide range of data sources with richly formatted text and graphic visualization
Familiarity with Microsoft ADO.NET, C#.NET and VB.NET
Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Server and Microsoft BizTalk Server would be an added plus
