Officer Cadres: Fresh / 1-2 years

Incharge Cadres: 3-4 years

Managerial Positions: 5-7 years

Education:

Minimum Graduation, preferably Masters in Commerce, Business, Economics disciplines or relevant to the position

Skills Required:

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Achieves results by working effectively and collaboratively in team environment

? Continuous improvement, developing self and others, managing people, planning and organizing

? Problem solving, decision making

? Computer Literate
