Job Description:

To assist Sr. Manager Consumer Installation for daily activities.Work on the team development / team building to enhance the performance.Make daily / weekly and monthly analysis of team performance.Visit in field on random basis to check team performance.To ensure the timely availability of consumables for smooth working.Ensure the implementation of SOPs to achieve the daily target and for the improvement of performance. Apply different ideas to achieve given targets to meet the company goals.Strong coordination with different departments within the company for smooth working.
