Qualification: (From University/Institution recognized by HEC)
General banking, corporate & Investment banking, Commercial & Retail Banking, Credit, Treasury management, compliance and Bank Management
MBA/MS (finance/General Management/Banking/Marketing)
Management Trainees for HR
MBA/MPA or equivalent degree in Human Resource Management
Management Trainees for Audit
MBA Finance/M.Com/CA/ACMA or equivalent degree
CGPA Requirements: Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 or 3.7 out of 5.0 where GPA system is applicable. Where GPS system is not in practice candidates must have secured a minimum of 70% aggregate marks in the examinations.
Degree Completion: candidates awaiting final results are not eligible to apply. Candidates should have fully completed all requirements of degree and must attach an attested copy of provisional certificate, mark sheet/Transcript.
Age Limit: Maximum age Limit 26 years as on 31, 12.2010
Compensation: Managemetn Trainees will be appointed as officer Grade-II in regular cadre and will receive a gross compensation of around Rs. 37,000/- pre month plus bonuses, staff loans, benefits and medical facilities,
Training & Development: They will receive comprehensive training in banking and management to groom them as professional bankers.
Career Growth: Management Trainees on completion of three years will be promoted as officer Grade-I and in nest three years as Assistant vice president on the basis of their performance and acquiring of prescribed IBP Qualification.
Selection Process: candidates will be required to appear for written test on the pattern of GMAT/GRE. Successful applicants will participate in group discussion and final interview.
Venue of Test: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta. Candidate from in and around these locations will appear for the at their nearest venue.
