Job Description:
Over all purpose:
- position is accountable for developing and selling Hilti products and services to current as well as potential HC customers / prospects.
- Generate incremental business and overachieve segment sales forecast on monthly and yearly basis.
- Passing on of leads to the sales team.
Core responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain good customer / prospect records and customer relations.
2. Develop new accounts / customers through Outbound calls and reference from existing customers.
3. Development of a comprehensive strategy to enhance incremental sales.
4. Compliance with SSS & Selling process.
5. Responsible for maintaining a 0 budget variance.
6. Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures as they apply to this position.
7. Responsible for maintenance and look of the HC.
8. Customer platform development
*Commercial education
*1-2 years of direct sales experience
*Operational knowledge of MS Office
*Problem-solving attitude and good communication
*Ability to cope in a multicultural environment
*Excellent communication skills
*Fluency in English language
