Job for Financial Aid Officer at LUMS Lahore

Job Description:

? Processing financial aid requests;

? Managing and organizing the process of fee cards;

? Maintaining and supervising of financial aid records and managing NOP?s interviews;

? Maintaining the database for HEC USAID & Japanese Need Based Scholarship students;

? Assisting in conducting test including as LMAT, LGAT, LBAT, LCAT, SAT, GRE Test exams as an invigilator/supervisor;

? Counseling students regarding all the financial aid policies and procedures; and

? Handling different external and internal scholarship programs and maintaining the work compensation policy.

- Must have 4-years Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited institute;
- Must have at least 1 year relevant experience with significant experience of managerial level;
- Must have knowledge of rules and regulations regarding admission & financial aid;
- Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills; and
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
