Job Description:
Position Purpose: This job entails B2B & B2C interaction in an inbound/outbound International contact centre/BPO environment. A CSSO is required to ensure highest standards of business knowledge and insight while possessing a high degree of dedication towards work. Bringing businesses on table to talk and evaluate the possibilities from conducting pilots to finalizing business cases; thus materializing the prospects for Telenor Insourcing Initiatives. As contact centre is a 24/7 environment the CSSO is required to be flexible in terms of working hours and days.
Area of Interest: Customer Relations
Location: Lahore
Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum Bachelors from HEC recognized institutes
Experience Required: Previous International Contact Center/BPO experience
Key Responsibilities:
1.Business Development and account Research/Prospecting
2.Understanding client requirements & developing client relationships
3.Mapping offerings to client requirements
4.Designing and executing E-Marketing campaigns
5.Qualified lead generation
6.Creating sales/marketing pitch for CXO’s , Unique Value Proposition , Value Added Differentiators
7.Arranging and participating in high level business calls with large international clients
8.Participating in proposal making and strategic presentations.
9.Responsible for meeting all targets/KPI’s on daily bases as set by the Department.
10.A strict adherence to shift and break schedule as communicated by the operations department.
11.A strict compliance to company/divisional policies, plans and strategies to achieve company/divisional goals along with complete understanding of Code of Conduct.
12.Participate in all team meetings and team building/Motivational exercises on periodic basis.
13.Contribute to manage team objectives through team work.
14.Responsible for a hygienic & a clean overall work environment
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
1.Neutral, American or British accent with excellent communication skills with excellent grammar and sentence structure
2.International BPO Experience
3.Lead Generation Experience
4.Ability to deliver customer services ensuring highest quality of service
5.Should be a Team player.

7.Proficient in using a computer
