Job Description:
- Evaluation of operational performance of all technical staff
- Suggesting enhancement in service targets / goals for achieving customer satisfaction.
- Ascertaining needs and imparting training to technical staff.
- Visiting service centers, guiding and assisting technical staff.
- Monitoring daily operations (complaints receiving, solved and follow-up of pending jobs) forecasting of parts stock
- Ensuring congenial and competitive working environment in Service Centers Network by holding various competitions among technical staff/service centers.
Qualification & Experience
-B.Sc Electronics
-Minimum 8 Years Experience of After Sales Services of Audio Video & Home Appliances
-Proficient in MS Office Applications
