Job Description:
Manage the customer life cycle management intelligence needs to support business and strategic decisions.
Track and generate analyzed reports on the macro and micro activities affecting industry trends, competition analysis and customers. Identify markers for customer lifecycle events to predict shifts in customer behavior, and anticipate significant events such as churn.
Monitor competitor campaigns and their impact on churn
Business casing & recommendations for churn control to Higher Management
Monitor & Report Campaigns performance & impact on customer behavior
Conduct Return on Investments analysis to gauge effectiveness of campaigns/projects
