Job Description:

• Trained in software quality control and bug tracking & reporting.
• Knowledge of writing test cases, test matrices, test data generation and generation/execution of test plans
• Knowledge of complete bug life cycle and of writing bug report
• Knowledge of system and data driven testing using black box technique

• Capable to understand the system from Functional Specifications
• Is able to perform end-to-end quality assurance activities for new and existing software development projects. This includes functional testing, manual and automated regression testing, end-user testing and load testing.
• Capable to understand the system from Functional Specifications
• Should provide recommendations for process improvements and ensures process improvements achieve desired goals.
• Update Management about testing status of running project and give clear status about product stability
• Should be involved in implementation/proper execution of QA standards and processes like ISO and CMMI
• Senior resource should be able to plan, organize, lead and control the activities of team members

- Must have Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent of the degree in appropriate education and Master degree would be preferable for senior resource
- Minimum 4-6 months of SQA experience for Junior and minimum 2 years of SQA experience for senior resource
- Knowledge of complete software QA life cycle
- Thorough knowledge of software testing practices including test planning and defect management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Candidate should be confident and energetic.
- Experience with visual studio.net 2005/2008 and SQL Server 2005/2008 a plus.
