Job Description:

Position: Senior/Team Lead Functional ERP-HRMS

Qualification: Masters/Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Sciences
Experience: 4-8 years of experience in Oracle HRMS
Required Skill Set
·    Knowledge and experience with  Oracle HRMS modules.
·    Capable of providing consultation to customers
·    Should have carried out minimum of one implementation in similar capacity
·    Assisting Consultants in executing the Implementation Plan including application deployment, rollouts  and user trainings
·    Good analytical and  communication skills
·    Well versed with standard Oracle documentation
