Job Description:   

Must have a Law Degree with an emphasis on corporate and contact laws.
·    Must have sufficient experience in handling litigation cases.
·    Must be strong in negotiating and drafting complex agreements
·    Must possess 8-10 years of progressive and verifiable experience in a similar environment out of which preferably 3 years on a similar position
·    Must have experience with labor, customs/excise and taxation laws, etc.
·    Should preferably be less than 40 years of age.
