Job Description:
Directs quality assurance program and ensures quality problems are identified and resolved. Evaluates systems, analyzes data, evaluates products and technology and establishes quality control procedures. Oversees inspections and audits. Investigates product quality problems and recommends changes or improvements. Maintains proper documentation and reports
Good Technical knowledge of Microbiology, Research based Microbiology, Basic MCT of Food Finish/Raw products
Good Computer Skills
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Familiar with FSMS 22000, QMS ISO 9001
