Job Description:

·    Applicant should be LLB/LLM degree holders with 10 years plus practicing experience in High Court and Lower Courts. Experience of Supreme Court practice will be considered as an added advantage.
·    Experience of preparing and handling constitutional petitions (Fundamental Rights), Criminal, Civil, Labor, Recovery, Libel and Defamation cases up to Supreme Court is desired.
·    The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills with up to date knowledge of all Civil and Criminal Laws including Laws pertaining to Real Estate, Trade Marks, Intellectual Property, Media, Cyber Space, Defamation and Labor/Industrial Laws, regulations and practices.
·    Applicants having experience of working with a large enterprise as Legal Advisor/Consultant will be preferred.
