Job Description:
·          Work with creative directors, developers, architects, QA, system engineers and product managers in developing applications.
·          Develop and build applications in Flash CS3 and Action Script 2.0 and 3.0.
·          Developing prototypes for Pre-sales, designing complete Websites, Flash animations for new & existing Websites.
·          Develop and build flash based web applications, web sites, promos etc.
·          Design and develop Interactive CD’s and presentations
·          Participate in Design and Code Reviews
·          Follow and enhance existing development processes
·          Understand and gather requirements. Create technical designs and document all system changes.
·          Consistently meet project deadlines.

Skill Set:
·          Extensive knowledge of Flash CS3, AS2 and AS3 is required (Must have good grip of Advance Action Scripting in Flash, AS2 and AS3).
·          Excellent software skills regarding designing (Photoshop/illustrator/Flash)
·          Ability to visualize perspective and 3-dimensional space in 2D Style.
·          Up to date on Flash trends and best practices; Design patterns, Flex etc.
·          Experience on integration with web technologies such as XML, JavaScript, Web Services, PHP.
·          Knowledge of Flash video development is required. Other video experience is a plus.
·          Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·          Develop projects based on storyboard in association with graphics team members.
·          Knowledge of user-centered UI design, human factors, human-computer interaction, and usability highly desired.
·          Additional knowledge of HTML, XHTML and CSS would be an advantage.
·          Superb attention to detail
·          Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
