Job Description:

• Administer SQL Server Production Databases
• Maintain Production Database mirror environment; reporting; database
• versioning
• Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast query

• responses to front end users
• Ensure storage, archiving, backup and recovery, replication procedures
• function correctly
• Maintain data standards, including adherence to PCI standards
• Monitor table growth and usage patterns
• Provide application tuning
• Evaluate tools and make recommendations for system improvement

• Experience in schema design, stored procedures, ASP, and Application- Software
• Understanding of reporting database concepts
• Understanding of database versioning
• Understanding of data models
• Experience with a major data-modeling tool such as Rational Rose
• Knowledge of multi-tiered environments and UML
• 2+ years of relevant experience
