• Customer Support / Sales Agents required for handling customer support calls and in/out bound calls and customer accounts.
• Execution of Good English Accent.

-Work in co-ordination with Customer Support Team for Timely & Quality delivery of Customer orders.
- Expertly & consistently communications via phone & e-mail with customer to ensure smooth processing of orders
- Innovative enough to suggest improvements in order processing & order quality
- Having exceptional extrovert personality with effective persuading attitude
- Expert Skills in Microsoft Office Usage
- Should be able to work in rotating shifts
