A leading multinational pharmaceutical company based in Karachi is looking for professionally groomed Corporate Lawyer / Legal Advisor who could provide legal expertise and directions to handle legal matters of the company.The prerequisites for the position are given as under:

? Candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of Corporate, Labor and various Local laws

? Must have thorough understanding of company’s operations, policies, and related legal matters

? Previous experience must demonstrate a proven track record of achieving organization’s objectives while addressing corporate legal issues

? Could assist in strategic alliances and tax advices

? Keeps an ability to assimilate contractual and legal issues quickly

? Proficient in Compliance Issues and could provide right directions

? Could use independent judgment and produce a quality work product within tight time constraint

? Law degree (foreign qualification would be preferred)

Skills Required:
Must have Strong leadership qualities, excellent presentation and time management skills along with an ability to make decisions, solve problems, negotiate, influence, and assert.

? Good Analytical and computer skills are mandatory a lucrative compensation is offered by a company for a deserving candidate.
