DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
REGULAR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining profitable business relationships.
• Ensuring sales and achieving revenue targets.
• Expanding local customer base and penetrating into profitable accounts.
• Work closely with senior executives to develop viable marketing and business development strategies/plans.
• Identify market opportunities and develop/maintain sales leads in their allocated area.
• CPE delivery and installation at customer’s premises.
• Basic trouble shooting on customer site.
• Maintain and build customer relationship for future sales.
• Customer services for the accounts acquired
• Identify potential new clients, segments and business opportunities that are in line with the company business strategy.
• Market intelligence report
• Customer feedback
PERIODIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and realize new business relationships.
• Proactively co-ordinate the client’s relationship internally by means of cooperating with other business units.
