Job Description:

- Receive complaints through telephone calls and structured forms
- Assure the complainant about handling the complaint efficiently
- Coordinate with Field Officers and Departmental Heads

- Open Suggestion Boxes according to schedule
- Follow up on assigned cases
- Answer In House Complaints with established guidelines
- Maintain appropriate records and prepare reports
