Job Description:
- Develop and maintain regular contact with distributors or agents within the assigned region
- Forecast and achieve sales targets for the assigned region
- Monitor market trends for better sales opportunities
- Prepare feasibility of new projects as may be assigned
- Carry out or commission customer satisfaction surveys to identify the scope for improvement in product quality and service delivery.
- Assist in the development of salesware and associated documents to improve marketing of products
- Assist in new product & packaging developments
- Interact with the advertising and research agencies for the implementation of the marketing plan
- Achieve business development objectives assigned by the line manager
- Provide feedback to the company on business development issues
Proficient in usage of MS Office
Knowledge of International trade practices and strategic marketing
Strong negotiation, analytical & some leadership skills
Good sales & market audit skills
Aptitude & ability for problem solving and decision making
Strong presentation interpersonal and customer services skills
Well versed in written and spoken English/ Urdu (knowledge of foreign languages will be an added advantage).
