Job Description:
* Manage full 360 degree marketing activities related to flavored milk.
* Plan and execute EFL’s entry into a new category and develop strong brand in the business segment.
* Short and long term brand straegy development and its execution.
* Development of advertising campaigns, media plans and activation/consumer relationship activities.
* Coordination with Sales, Supply Chain and other functional areas related to the brands assigned.
* Relationship management with business partners.
* Budget management.
The ideal should be
* MBA from LUMS/IBA or a top tier Foreign University.
* Total of 5 years marketing experience with a multinational FMCG company, atleast 2-3 years of which should be in brand management.
* Brand launch experience will be an added advantage.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Strong leadership skills.
