Work closely and liaise with brand/category managers. Plan and Execute on-ground activations, fitting in with Brand Strategies. Lead initiatives to continuously upgrade the activation domain
Main purpose of the role
Manage Activation Agencies and get work done with and through them. Co-create activation briefs with brand custodians and ensure execution of plan in time and full.
Relationship management with/between activation agencies and brand teams, Suggesting and leading world class creative activation on-ground , Ensure timely and flawless execution, Cost vetting as per set standards by UPL, Training brand ambassadors. Ensure that the agency payments are made as per activation standard operating procedure
Activation field knowledge, Ability to manage vendors/activation agencies , Resolving conflict, Multi tasking.
Strong Presentation and Interpersonal Skills/ Art of persuasion, timely decision making
Minimum bachelors from a reputable institute, Masters is preferred
Minimum 4 year experience in brand activation/ brand building
