The Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan (AKES,P) invites applications for the following position:

Assistant Manager Administrative Support Services

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that safety and security measure are intact on office premises, insuring smooth management of the resources utilised by departments, maintaining the overall service contract Tor all the service providing companies with AKES,P. Overseeing all general administrative work such as office maintenance, staff support, office supplies etc. Maintenance of all AKES,P vehicles and ensuring their proper functionality. Maintaining all rented premises agreements, dealing with owners and linking bridges between AKES,P and them. Assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency. Monitoring cost and expenses to assist in budget preparation. Ensuring that operations adhere to policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate must hold a graduate degree in business administration and have related work experience of at least 4-5 years with effective written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong working knowledge of administration with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

The location is currently Karachi-based but will eventually move to Islamabad.
