Job for IT Administrator at HAMT & Associates Chartered Accountants, UAE

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

Perform local IS/IT services/supporting role for delivering the services aligned with services level agreement.
Establish with assign user areas current and future requirements for computer based systems in order that these departments can make the best use of computing facilities in support of their business of objectives.
Conduct feasibility studied to estimate development time and cost for each project and evaluate commercial packages to help user in the decision-making process.
Prepare detail plan for design development and implementation of systems to meet user needs, whether in-house or external
Control the preparation of systems test and evaluate their outcome to ensure that standards are maintained
Ensure that the provision of documentation which is accurate in order that future enhancement of corrections can be carried out efficiently
Assist user department in instruction new procedures and train users to ensure these are implemented effectively and with the minimum or disruption
Perform local IT security officer role and implementing IT security projects aligned with SG Global and regional plan/strategy
Perform local IT helpdesk role to support all local users to meeting the users satisfaction as business need
Communication & Working Relationship:
EXTERNAL - ERP Software vendor, Outsource recruitment vendor.
INTERNAL - All Middle East departments,Asia Movex Competency Center team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in any IT related field.

EXPERIENCE:

At least 3 years of working experiences in Information Technology or Consultant. Experiences of ERP system implementation, business analysis, process design, implementation and testing. Knowledge of worldwide ERP package. Knowledge of Relational Database and Database Design. Knowledge of IT project management. Knowledge in the concept of Data Warehouse. Knowledge of MS-Office tools.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Good English communication, good interpersonal skill and service mind. Ability to prioritize and manage times, and works efficiently and independently to accomplish tasks. Ability to teamwork / collaboration / leadership / negotiation / problem solving skill.
