Job Description:

We have a senior level vacancy for the post of Web Art Director (Web Designing).

1. Ideal candidate will lead our existing Web Designing team as well as hire and add new team members in Design Department as per requirements
2. Lead all team members and ensure high quality design work

1. Produces excellent web layouts by developing and enhancing art concepts and layouts; managing art design team
2. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and execution of all kind of design projects
3. Work well under pressure and committed to meeting deadlines with quality of work

1. Should have a cutting edge design sense for websites designing and
graphics designing
2. Excellent Command Over Graphics and Web Publishing Tools i.e.
Photoshop, Dreamweaver
3. Experienced in all facets of web art direction
4. Ability to conceptualize and implement creative ideas for websites and
graphics
5. Strong knowledge of the technical aspects of the web designing and its
capabilities
6. Complete command over websites publishing
7. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
8. Good Team Leader, Goal Oriented, Target Oriented, Result Oriented and
Can Do Approach and ability to confidently step outside of their comfort
zone when required
