Job Description:

• Manage and optimize successful pay per click (PPC) campaigns on major search engines including Google, Yahoo and MSN.
• Provide and create detailed analysis documents to trend campaign performance
• Write/create copy for paid search campaigns
• Provide ongoing management of all campaigns including reporting, analysis and optimization recommendations.

• Continually monitor the search landscape, and work with SEO/SEM Team Lead to develop new strategies.
• Proactively work with 3rdparty vendors, including but not limited to bid management technology providers, search engines, tracking technology providers, to overcome the complication and actively seek new SEM opportunities.
• Develop the affiliate marketing plans and build own affiliate network
• Plan and manage the Social Media Marketing with the help of business develop mentresources.

Minimum 2 years work experience requiring similar skills
Strong SEM / SEO skills
Understand search engine marketing strategies, the search engine landscape, and the effectiveness of PPC campaigns.
Execute and manage SEM programs, across multiple search engines from implementation to ongoing optimization.
Effectively analyze and communicate program performance, optimization recommendations, seek out up-sell opportunities and communicate to business development and sales department.
Actively test and analyze keywords, copy and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental volume
Develop SEM program strategies and proposals for special events like New Year Gifts, Charismas etc.
