Post Graduate Degree (MBA / MPA / MA Economics) in relevant field with a minimum of 10 years related experience.

TFR project is funded by United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DFID) and Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) to support government’s health systems for providing quality health care, particularly to the poor and marginalized, with focus on women and children.

TFR requires to fill the above position to work with Health Department. Programmes and district governments to help identify strategic needs for Technical Assistance (TA), support the TA provided and build government’s capacity for TA procurement and management. She/he will work closely with other donor initiatives and TFR technical team, and represent TFR in deliberations with government.

Ability to work under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders; excellent proficiency in English (oral and written) and use of Microsoft Office are required. Knowledge of donor supported project management procedures is an advantage.
