Job Description:

Plan, deploy and commission QoS monitoring tools

Ensure connectivity and up-time of different QoS monitoring Tools including but not limited to Astellia A-interface & Tekelec core network monitoring tools

Liaise with different departments and vendors to trouble shoot network problems

Innovate and optimize the available resources for generating maximum benefits in the QoS domain

Working knowledge of networks entities, Interfaces, Protocols, IT and electrical power theory

Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent Project Management skills

Hands-on experience of working with Linux and MS Windows 2003 server

Proficient in operating MS Office suite.

Be a strong team player and have the ability to work under minimum supervision

Be able to work on strict deadlines and long-hours if required

Be able to think out-of-the-box while trouble-shooting
