VAC1464 - Executive Dunning (Islamabad)

Role Purpose:

Responsible for recovery of CPEs and outstanding.

Key Accountabilities:

*      Perform outgoing call to the terminated customer to engage them for collection of outstanding amount and CPE.
* Follow-up with terminated customers for collection of outstanding amount.
* External visit to the customer’s premises (terminated customers) for collection of CPE and outstanding amount.
* Address terminated customer’s problem and try to convince them to bring back onboard.
* Prepare daily progress report for the visits and collections.
* Assist in Coordinating with third party collection companies and provide them with the needed information (Contracts, Customers cash flow, Bills, Etc …)
* Responsible for accurate third party reporting.
* Responsible for recovered CPE reconciliation with third party and ERP.
* Identify irrecoverable accounts for further processing.
* Meet collection targets assigned by the management.
* Assist to alert the credit & collection manager to extraordinary issues and status on delinquent accounts and those requiring a deviation from standard policies and procedures.
* Assist to implement the strategies and processes set by the head of department in order to increase the collection percentages and reduce the customer’s churn as well.
* Assist to prepare the aging report of customers and minimize the total debts of old customers.
* Duties and responsibilities outlined may vary over time and are subject to management review and amendment.

Experience & Qualifications:

* 1-2 years relevant working experience.
* Minimum Bachelors degree.

*      Must be able to work independently and effectively within minimal supervision.
* Strong Interpersonal skills and good negotiating and analytical skills.
* Candidate must have the ability to work under high pressure.
* Self starter, dynamic, creative and flexible to accept new ideas.

*      May be exposed to short, intermittent, and prolonged periods of sitting in performance of job duties.
*      May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipments/machines other than pen, pencils, calculators, computer, telephone etc.
