Role Purpose:

The person will be responsible for architecture, design and implementation of Business Intelligence Projects. He/She will have to ensure that the design & architecture of the project is as per the industry best practices and is in sync with organizational objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

* Uses skills in data design and modeling techniques to develop the warehouse according to the proposed design
* Ability to understand operational systems and conduct requirement analysis sessions
* Familiar with logical data modeling, dimensional modeling and OLAP techniques
* Integrates new business changes and ensures alignment of changes to any affected systems if required
* Involvement in planning of the overall architecture of the solution, including performance considerations, storage selections, data schemas, and subject definitions
* Identify issues and recommend initiatives to address data quality and data integrity
* Ensure that Projects deliver business value and are aligned with the strategy of wi-tribe Pakistan & Business requirements
* Develop, modify, deploy, functionally test and maintain assigned projects according to business users’ requirements
* Assist business by fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requirements and by recommending analysis that can lead to profitable business action
* Responsible for release & configuration management along with proper documentation including architecture/design documents and user manuals.
* Responsible for maintaining Data Standards and Data Governance across Data Warehouse and BI.
* Identifies issues and recommends initiatives to address data quality and data integrity.

Experience & Qualifications:

* Fresh to 2 years experience.
* Minimum Bachelors degree required.

Competencies:

* Advanced SQL skills with adaptive capabilities to work on very large database systems
* Understanding of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
* Basic understanding of Telco and BI tools
* Presentation skills along with business interaction capabilities
* Understanding of DWH&BI lifecycle
* Motivated and a team player with good logic and understanding
* Should be familiar with Billing, CRM, Business Intelligence & Reporting platforms e.g. Jasper, Pentaho.
* Should have sound knowledge of SQL/PLSQL. Hands on experience with different DBMS like Oracle, MySql, PgSql, Teradata will be a plus
