Run diverse employee motivation programs
Focus on diverse segments of employee population for loyalty promotion, employee retention and employee development through different established clubs/platforms
Oversee employee relationship enhancement drives & information dissemination
Manage employee well being and welfare mostly through sports, health, adventure and fitness activities
