Job Description:
Position Purpose: Providing analytical support to the Business Manager for the existing products as well as upcoming products. He/She will need to take ownership of the tasks assigned in order to complete the tasks on time and work in close coordination with other teams such as Marketing, Sales and Distribution, Call Center, Pricing, Reporting, Systems & Processes, Technical, IT etc.

Degree(s)/Major(s): Masters/MBA
Experience Required: Preferred: More than 2 years experience in a marketing / business planning / product development side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the business and product requirements
- Working with other departments (Marketing, Sales and Distribution, Call Center, Pricing, Reporting, Systems & Processes, Technical, IT etc.) for development & implementation of new features for basic segment
- Delivering Presentations/ Reports for opportunities, gaps , ideas for enhancing revenue
- Participation in tactical and operational development of portfolio and offerings
- Monitoring and follow up on ongoing activities, projects, campaign and promotions
- Execution and follow up targets, milestones, goals (including financial contribution)
- Provide support rolling out segment-related initiatives
- Report segment performance and status according to standard reporting procedure
- Execute, follow up (and participation) in the geographical/localized activities to achieve sales targets.
- Focused towards sales and revenue enhancement activities of the Basic portfolio
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Familiarity with developing business cases (looking at cost drivers and revenue drivers)
- Telco/Banking Business knowledge
- Ability to devise business model
- Understanding of financial products
- Market Planning
- Hands on experience of marketing management (pricing, branding)
- Understanding of channels
- Project Management
- General Banking Knowledge (KYC / AML)
