Job for Brand Executive - Persona at Telenor, Islamabad

Job Description:

Position Purpose:       Ideally the Brand Executive will come from a leading FMCG or Telecom background and will have experience in 360 degree launch rollouts. He/she should be able to effectively multitask in the dynamic telecom industry and be able to meet deadlines in a high stress environment.
You will be expected to work with diverse teams, manage people & be creative in your approach.

Area of Interest:     Marketing & Branding
Location:     Islamabad

Degree(s)/Major(s):     MBA from a reputed local/foreign University
Experience Required:     2 to 4 years of relevant Branding Experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive understanding of Persona evolution in the post-paid segment of Pakistan’s Telecom Industry.
- Assist the team in achievement & delivery of Annual Brand Plans.
- Develop thorough consumer/industry understanding & help generate ideas that further build brand credentials in line with strtegic growth plan.
- Regular liason with segments/VAS teams to design & implement various offers, VAS & tactical offers that fuel brand growth.
- Read, analyze and synergize learnings from various sources of information like Business Intelligence Reports, Brand Health Trackers, Trafiic, ARPU & churn analysis.
- Generate Consumer Insights and translate these into actionable ideas that build brand preference or tap new users.
- Assist the brand team in developing & implementing Market Plans, Brand Strategies, Communication Development & Deployment, Brand Portfolio Analysis, Target Audience Profiling, Consumer Insight Generation etc.
- Lead the Digital Marketing initative on Persona.
- Gain deep understanding of the competitors strategy & working.
- Closely work & coordination with diverse reams like Business Intelligence, Segments, VAS, Trade Marketing, Research, and other 3Ps like Creative & Media agencies, Activation agencies etc. to ensure timely delivery and implemetation of brand plans.

- Knowledge of Brand Strategies, Communication Development & Deployment
- Knowledge of Brand Portfolio Analysis, Target Audience Profiling, Consumer Insight Generation
- Understand and develop long term business vision
- Coordination and planning of budgets, people and time management
- High level of initiative and assertiveness
