Job Description:

• Must have a very strong hands on experience of Cisco equipment and be able to configure and manage Cisco Firewalls, routers and switches.
• Must have good practical experience of VOIP, preferably in AVAYA IP Office 500.
• Must have good experience of office communication server, Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, VPN, RAID, Clustering, Active Directory, Antivirus Solutions.

• Must have good command over Installation and monitoring of local area network (LAN), WAN.
• Will have to perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation and training tasks.
• Will have to Evaluate and / or recommend purchase of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment and softwares.
• Will be responsible for investigating user problems, identifying their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
• Will have to Install, configure and maintains personal computers, networks, workstations, file servers, network cabling and related equipment, devices and systems.
• Will Plan and implement network security, back up and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity and adding/deleting users.
• Will have to Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures.
