Job Description:

The incumbent would be responsible for contacting communities in IDPs families, do programme introduction, need assessment and form community organizations, do follow up on project activities reporting on monthly progress etc. Organize community management trainings and keeping record of project data. Ideal candidate preferably be Master in social sciences with 2-3 years of experience in emergency in INGOs.
