Job Description:

Payroll Officer (Sungai Buloh / 5day Work Week)

Location: Malaysia

– Well established retail chain store with >17 branches across Malaysia.


To check overtime claims, attendance record in order to update on any absenteeism, unpaid leave, absconding, resignation and new staff
To update on individual staff profile and records
To process monthly payroll
To prepare the monthly statutory report i.e; EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax and HRDF payments before the due date
To attending all payroll queries or payroll computation raise by the staff


Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Payroll.
With minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in HR related field. (Preferably with hands on experience in Payroll)
Familiar with Payroll system such as QuickPay, UBS.
Familiar with labour law, HR practices and procedure.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Salary up to RM3500 (depends on experience)
