Eligibility criteria:

1. Completed degree in Business administration (MBA, EMBA) or in commerce (M.Com.) or in finance (M.Fin.) or in accountancy (CA, ACMA, ACCA) or in science (M.Sc., MS) or in engineering (ME, M.Sc. engineering, MS engineering) from HEC recognized university in Pakistan or abroad;

2. Having a practical work experience of atleast 10 years in any of the industries (textile, cement, sugar, rice, flour, leather, pharmaceutical, cotton, petroleum, electrical power, automobile);

3. Minimum age of 35 years to a maximum age of 50 years as on July 31, 2010.
