Job Description:

Monitor Fraud scenario(s) especially for non network areas such as Commission Fraud and Bank Reconciliations
Report timely of suspicious cases, investigations and Quick fix.
Report writing, Fraud analyses (tabular/ graphical) and Escalations
Assure Off Days/ Fraud Monitoring (HUR/ Fraud Control Reports Monitoring, Inbound Roamers Voice/ Data usage Monitoring, Premium Rate Service Fraud, NRTRDE-in High usage alert monitoring (auto execution),IDD /ISD high Usage Alert.).
Fraud Management System weekly alarms trending and their success rate and fine-tuning with Management approval.
Visibility Reports and Continuous input for new fraud threats and required controls.
Responsible for any kind of business integration, communication and implementation in Fraud Management system.
Perform UAT of the Fraud Management systems to ensure proper functioning of the system and that the business needs are addressed correctly as per the need.
Adhoc analysis as and when needed.
Develop new controls in Fraud Management area to avoid leakages.
Strong problem solving/ Decision making skills with Well-developed Analytical & Invest5igation skills
Client-focused attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives and deadlines
Daily/ weekly / Monthly input of incidence for Departmental Dash board/ reporting.
Monitor/ work as per duty roaster (shift includes: Morning/ Evening/ Night/ Eid/ National Holidays or adhoc assignments etc.)

Essential Skills:

Hands on experience on DOT. NET
Strong SQL
Excellent skills of Microsoft Excel.

Desirable Skills:

Good Reporting & Analytical skills
