Production Engineer (Kajang / Berhad Company)
– Manufacturing environment
To assist production manager in providing process engineering support and Stock Preparation in order to lower cost per metric ton of production through improvement and optimisation in production yield , rate and method of chemical application, reduction in wastages and also effective process control
To achieve production target.
To identify potential areas for lowering cost of production per metric ton through careful study and analysis of the manufacturing processes and recommend solutions for implementation.
To monitor closely on usage of process chemicals, starch, colouring additives etc, so that cost per metric ton can be maintained within operating standard.
Fine tune manning level at Stock Preparation Section and suggestion for enlargement/enrichment of job content of employees.
Be a team player, preserve industrial harmony and contribute towards successful implementation and sustenance of productivity/quality improvement programmes such as 5S, ISO 9001, and SGA, self-directed work teams (mini companies concept).
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / E&E Engineering or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Fresh graduate & candidate with 1 year experience in production environment are encouraged to apply.
Experience / knowledge in production cost control is an advantage.
Knowledge in ISO is another added advantage.
Must be willing to work at Kajang – Selangor
Salary range from RM2400 – RM3200 (depends on experience)
