PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· A Master’s degree in a scientific discipline from an accredited college/university and 3+ years of experience or PhD with 1+ years of relevant experience.
· Experience working with protein crosslinking or other biopolymers is a strong advantage.
· A profound knowledge of Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
· An inquiring mind, intense curiosity, and strong desire to innovate in the medical device field.
· Proven experience as a project manager with good supervisory and teamwork skills in a fast faced and challenging environment
· Astrong grasp of CGMP standards and requirements in FDA and EU regulated industries
· Exposure to Edible Oil Industry - Preferred
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Leading R&D efforts of company from its inception to develop a range of detergents and personal hygiene products
· Building and implementing a detailed biochemical laboratory research.
· Developing prototypes for range of products based on company’s technology
· Collaborating with medical professionals to run pre-clinical and clinical testing of prototypes
· Managing multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams to develop several products in parallel.
· Hosting audits from third parties and regulatory agencies
