– Proven experience as receptionist or other clerical position
– Bachelor degree or receptionist / secretarial diploma holder
– Background in a support capacity – admin support/secretary/operations coordination
– Effective people skills

– Excellent communication skills
– Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
